SWIFT CURRENT - FIRST ROUND HOME GAMES TO BE PLAYED IN REGINA AT THE BRANDT CENTRE

SWIFT CURRENT -- The Swift Current Broncos have clinched a WHL playoff spot and will play their first round home games in Regina at the Brandt Centre.

The Credit Union i-plex is unavailable to the Broncos due to the Ford World Women's Curling Championships being held in Swift Current.

"We would like to thank the Pats organization, the WHL and Evraz Place in Regina for helping us in this situation," comments head coach and general manager Mark Lamb, "we want to offer a venue that is as close to Swift Current as possible for our fans to attend the games."

With the playoff opponent still a question mark, the dates of the games will depend on the first round opponent.

If it's Brandon, the games in Regina will be Tuesday, Wednesday (March 23, 24). If it's Calgary, the games will be Monday, Tuesday (March 22, 23) and if it's versus Saskatoon the games will be Wednesday, Thursday (March 24, 25).
