The Pats announced earlier that Gustafsson is the first player in Regina Pats history to wear #13. Not true. Pats scorekeeper Gary Renner points out Dave Michayluk wore #13 in the early 80's and his teammate Bob "Buffa" Lowes confirmed that last night when Gary pointed it out.

Ron "Scoreboard" Johnston - It is nice to known that someone else came up with this one. Thanks Gary. Gary is "Scorekeeper" while I am "Scoreboard".

Also: Al Dumba said... Hey Rod, just a note on the Pats #13, Brandon Coates wore it for half a season with us in 1992/93 and 9 games in 93/94. I believe he was the last to wear #13.
